The wall, which was originally built as a border wall between two landowners, will again act as a border of sorts to enclose the mediation garden and create a more inviting space. ![]() The long term plan for this acquired parcel of land is to create a meditation garden with a meandering walking path through it. As a result of this overgrowth, age and the natural buildup of compost along its sides, the border wall is currently in a severe state of disrepair. In recent years the Cemetery acquired the adjacent property, which is currently wooded and overgrown. The original wall was built as a border marker between what was then the property line of the Cemetery and a private landowner. The Milton Cemetery is seeking Participants to assist in the rebuild and renovation of a historic dry laid stone wall on the Cemetery property. ![]() Call for Participants!
